Photos from Beckwith's Christmas Tree Farm

This morning, Patrick and I picked up my sister and headed out to the tree farm to meet my dad, Debbie and my brother for Christmas tree photos. Man, the air was frigid! We witnessed an invariable blizzard of feathers swirling between the trees and up the trails. Quite pretty, really, as long as you were dressed appropriately (which I was - yay!). The only is that my fingers were painfully numb by the time we were done. I have this weird thing where, if part of me gets too cold, I become nauseated and quickly get sick. I felt the queasy feeling coming on as we headed back up to the red barn, but once we sat in the little Warming Car (which is a sweet old train car that is heated, and they have popcorn, cookies and cocoa in there), I felt much better. Frozen fingers are not fun. I don't think I've ever owned a pair of gloves that have effectively kept my fingers warm. They're tough to find. ;)

Yes! I loooove it there. It's like something out of a storybook with the little Christmas Caboose and everything. It's perfect! :)
